I decided to make dinner last night hanging out here in ATL with Marlene for little while, so I cooked some

*Baked chicken with reosemary, cumin, Olive Oil, paprika, fresh parsley, basil, Garlic, and 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joe’s

*Twice Mashed Potatoes with Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Onion, and Butter

*Pseudo Steamed Kale with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Butter

I was inspired by my dinner with Ashley at The Meatball Shop… so I created my own Naked Balls (pun intended)

Seasonings-cumin/salt/garlic/green onion/rosemary/crushed mustard seed/bread crumbs/tobasco sauce

25 minute bake in a VERY thin olive oil and paprika base.
